To join our Membership program and enjoy member rewards, exclusive specials and other benefits, please follow this link to our membership page.
What determines my Membership Level?
Your level of Tier Membership is decided by the total number of confirmed stays taken within a year period:
Platinum Club Member: 6 or more bookings
Gold Club Member: 2-5 bookings
Silver Club Member: 0-1 bookings
A Member may be upgraded or moved down a Tier dependent on the above rules. The period determining movement between Tiers is based on the existing 
Terms & Conditions.
NOTE: Movement between Tier levels will occur once the Member$ reward / payback has moved from Pending to Current. The existing rules are to be applied – 30 days after check-in Member$ are moved from Pending to Current. Cancelled Bookings, No Shows or Unconfirmed Bookings will not be allocated to booking total that determines level of Membership.
I have lost my Membership login details, how can I receive another copy of them?
To receive another copy of your Membership details, please fill out our Customer Service Form online and select 'membership inquiry'. Please provide the name the membership is under and the email address used when you first became a member.

Does it cost anything to become a Rates To Go member?
There are no joining or subscription fees – Rates To Go membership is totally FREE!
What are Member Dollars?
At Rates To Go, we reward our members with discounts and free stays in their favourite hotels. As a Rates To Go member, every booking made by you through Rates To Go will earn you Member Dollars.
These Member Dollars can be used to pay for all or part of your hotel bookings or accumulated to be redeemed for free hotel stays. What's more - Member Dollars can be used whenever and wherever you want - you are not restricted to specific hotels or dates!
Refer your friends, family members and workmates to Rates To Go and you can earn Member Dollars also.
How do I earn Member Dollars?
a) Each time you visit the Rates To Go site, and make a confirmed booking as a member, you will earn Member Dollars. Book for others and YOU earn more Member Dollars.
b) You can also earn Member Dollars through the "Refer a Friend" program available to all Rates To Go members. Simply refer family, friends or workmates to Rates To Go and earn Member Dollars when they book on the Rates To Go website.
Each confirmed booking you make through Rates To Go Equal to 2% of total cash value* of the booking
Each confirmed booking you make as a Platinum Club member through HotelClub – our partner site, offering year-round reservation facilities Equal to 6% of total cash value* of the booking
Each confirmed booking you make as a Gold Club member through HotelClub – our partner site, offering year-round reservation facilities Equal to 5% of total cash value* of the booking
Each confirmed booking you make as a Silver Club member through HotelClub – our partner site, offering year-round reservation facilities Equal to 4% of total cash value* of the booking
First booking made by a person referred by you to Rates To Go through our "Refer a Friend" program 3 Member Dollars
For every subsequent Rates To Go booking made by a person referred by you, for a period of ONE year 1 Member Dollars
For every subsequent HotelClub booking made by a person referred by you, for a period of ONE year 2 Member Dollars
When can I start to use my Member Dollars?
You can start using your Member Dollars to pay for all or part of your future hotel bookings with Rates To Go as soon as you have accumulated a minimum of 1 (ONE) Member Dollar in your Current Account Balance.
What is my Current or Pending Account Balance?
Your Current Account Balance provides the actual amount of Member Dollars you have earned and which are available to be used as discounts in your future hotel bookings or redeemed for free hotel stays (if applicable).
What is the Pending Account Balance?
Your Pending Account Balance provides an estimated amount of Member Dollars you have earned. Each time a booking is confirmed, the amount of Member Dollars you have earned for that booking appears in your Pending Account Balance. The Member Dollar amount for each booking is finalised 30 days after the check-out date of that booking, after which the amount is transferred into the Current Account Balance and can be redeemed.
How do I redeem my Member Dollars?
When making a booking, if your Current Account Balance exceeds 1 (ONE) Member Dollar, you will be asked if you want to use all your Member Dollars to pay for part or all of the booking. If you choose to use your Member Dollars, the system will convert your Member Dollars into the currency used in your booking, using the daily US dollar exchange rate (as designated by Rates To Go) and subtract that amount from the total value* of your booking. If you choose not to use your Member Dollars, they will be rolled over.
*Important Note - if making a Last Minute Booking (where you pay the deposit to us and the balance at the hotel), Member Dollars can only be used for the deposit payable to us.
How much are my Member Dollars worth?
The current value of 1 (ONE) Member Dollar = 1 (ONE) US dollar (US$1.00)
